14k gold jewelry, perfume gift set

I remember turning sixteen like it was yesterday. I was allowed to have a bunch of my friends over for a slumber party. We were going to watch chick flicks all night and enjoy cake, ice cream, and presents.
Everyone came over straight from school that Friday afternoon. We were all very excited about spending that much time together. We spent the first few hours goofing off with each other, and then we settled in with our sleeping bags and pillows and got ready for a movie marathon. I was very into John Hughes' films, so "Pretty In Pink", "The Breakfast Club", and "Sixteen Candles" were all lined up for the night's movie fest.
When it came time to open the presents, I was blessed with various shirts, belts, jewelry items, and perfume gift sets from my friends.
My favorite gift came a couple of days later from my father. It was a beautiful 14K gold jewelry necklace with a cross charm. I treasured that gift, and I just found it while going through my jewelry box and cleaning out broken items. I can't wait to start wearing it again!
