I recently saw an advertisement offering cash for 14k gold jewelry. I guess with the economy being what it is these days, there are many people who are doing what they can to get cash anyway they can and I suppose selling their 14k gold jewelry is a way to make extra money. 

 

I don’t think I could do it. I am probably the most sentimental person on earth and every single piece of 14k gold jewelry and sterling silver jewelry that I own holds special meaning to me. Granted, I do have a few pieces from my youth that are out of date and no longer stylish to we. That being said, I still can’t imagine selling my 14k gold jewelry.

 

I was telling one of my friends about seeing the ad online about cash for 14k gold and how I didn’t think I could do that, even with jewelry that I no longer wear. She laughed at me and said with gold prices being what they are, some people are laughing all the way to the bank, but knowing me the way she does, she understands why I couldn’t do it. Some things are too precious to sell. Including 14k gold jewelry.
