This morning I opened the perfume gift set that my husband gave me for Christmas this past year and realized that I absolutely love the scent that he chose. I was a little surprised at Christmas when I opened one of my gifts to find that he’d given me a perfume gift set with a brand of perfume that I’ve never used. I know that he knows I’m generally very cautious about what perfumes I wear, but he said he saw it in the store and thought I would love it. After that, he said he decided to see if he could find it online and when he did, he also found the perfume gift set and decided to order it. At the time I thought it was a sweet gesture, but I wasn’t real sure if I would wear it or not, although I knew I would give it a try to keep from hurting his feelings.
I was cleaning out the closet in the bathroom and I saw the perfume gift set tucked away in the corner so I decided to test it out while he wasn’t home. I loved it. Obviously the next time he buys me a perfume gift set, I’ll be a little more trusting in just how well he does know me.
